Role Overview:
We’re looking for motivated and driven Business Developers to help grow Talentis by building strong relationships with companies and connecting them with our recruiting services. You’ll play a key role in expanding our client base, developing partnerships, and supporting businesses in finding the talent they need.

What You’ll Do:

  • Generate New Business: Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold outreach, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Build Client Relationships: Develop a solid understanding of client needs and maintain long-term, trusted partnerships.
  • Manage the Business Development Cycle: Handle everything from prospecting to securing agreements and onboarding new clients.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with our team to identify growth opportunities and contribute to Talentis’ success.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in business development, sales, or staffing/recruiting (B2B experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A self-starter who is motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach, lead generation, and nurturing client relationships.
  • Tech-savvy, with familiarity in LinkedIn, email campaigns, and CRM tools.
